Brewed by the Little Creatures crew, in Healesville near the famous Yarra Valley, this beer has unique hop characteristics brought about by the use of whole hop flowers and dry hopping in open fermenters, where yeast has free roam.
The strong malt elements in this beer bring about caramel and toffee notes leaving for a nice smooth finish. This beer goes great with slow-cooked lamb shanks.
